Mouse（Trim31+/+ mice；60,000 U/L polymyxin B sulfate ）
Acidified water containing polymyxin B sulfate (60,000 U/L) and neomycin (100 mg/L) in filter-top cages to feed age-matched recipient Trim31+/+ mice, 2 weeks before and 3 weeks after bone marrow transplantation. Then recipient mice were subjected to lethal irradiation with 8 Gy to destroy bone marrow stem cells. Then obtained fresh donor bone marrow cells from Trim31+/+ and Trim31−/− littermates. For transplantation, recipient mice were intravenously injected with 1 × 107 bone marrow cells. After 4weeks, C. albicans strain SC5314 was injected intravenously into
recipient mice.
