Mouse Anti Human IgE(Le27) 抗体
产品描述：
该小鼠单克隆抗体可识别人免疫球蛋白E Ce4结构域内的表位。它不阻断IgE与肥大细胞和嗜碱性粒细胞表面高亲和力受体的结合，因此适用于检测人血清样本中受体结合态及总IgE。该抗体还可作为交联抗体，用于过敏原非依赖性触发肥大细胞和嗜碱性粒细胞的活化实验。
本产品通过免疫亲和层析技术纯化：采用大鼠抗小鼠CK单克隆抗体偶联的CH-Sepharose 4B层析柱，从细胞培养上清液中进行亲和纯化。
