Chicken STAT3 ELISA KIT is for the quantitative in vitro determination of STAT3 concentrations in serum - plasma - tissue homogenates - other biological fluids.
INTENDED USE AND TEST PRINCIPLE
This Chicken STAT3 ELISA KIT is intended Laboratory for Research use only and it is not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures. The Stop Solution changes the color from blue to yellow and the intensity of the color is measured at 450 nm using a spectrophotometer. In order to measure the concentration of STAT3 in the sample, this Chicken STAT3 ELISA KIT includes a set of calibration standards. The calibration standards are assayed at the same time as the samples and allow the operator to produce a standard curve of Optical Density versus STAT3 concentration. The concentration of STAT3 in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.

文献和实验leexuanhao 诸位好，小弟在做药物对癌细胞株的影响，病探讨机制，预实验结果显示，药物对细胞株的增殖是有抑制作用的，进一步探讨抑制机制，选取STAT3，应该ELISA法检测磷酸化水平，之前看过很多文献，知道STAT3是个癌基因，预期结果应该降低P-STAT3的水平，但是结果显示其水平增高，不知道如何解释啊。本人不是分子生物学专业的，平时只能是在临床工作中抽时间看看文献，但现在真是想不明白，请专业的大侠予以指点！万谢！ 亦可回复邮件！
