Chicken NGFR ELISA KIT is for the quantitative in vitro determination of Chicken NGFR concentrations in serum - plasma - tissue homogenates - other biological fluids.
INTENDED USE AND TEST PRINCIPLE
This Chicken NGFR ELISA KIT is intended Laboratory for Research use only and it is not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures. The Stop Solution changes the color from blue to yellow and the intensity of the color is measured at 450 nm using a spectrophotometer. In order to measure the concentration of Chicken NGFR in the sample, this Chicken NGFR ELISA KIT includes a set of calibration standards. The calibration standards are assayed at the same time as the samples and allow the operator to produce a standard curve of Optical Density versus Chicken NGFR concentration. The concentration of Chicken NGFR in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.

《Scientific Reports》伯豪 Axiom 平台助力客户鸡 GWAS 研究
研究思路研究结果研究共使用了265只雄性家鸡，在出生第60天时开始测量攻击性状，共4个，分别为T1：在记录期间（16天）内打斗的次数；T2：每天打斗的次数（超过4次则被记录）；T3：打斗的天数；T4：超过4次打斗的天数。基因分型工作由上海伯豪完成，使用了Affymetrix Axiom平台的高密度芯片，型号为600K Affymetrix Axiom HD chicken genotyping array，共生成了599,898个SNP位点。经过质控后，保留468,020个SNP用于GWAS分析
