增强的DAPI培养液 FluoroQuest

增强的DAPI培养液 FluoroQuest是美国AAT Bioquest生产的DAPI培养液，具有DAPI的FluoroQuest 是一种水性固定介质，用于保留组织和细胞涂片的荧光。这种封固剂用DAPI强化，DAPI是DNA的复染色。用于原位杂交技术或需要荧光法进行DNA染色的其他方法。DAPI在360 nm处激发，并在460 nm处发射，产生蓝色荧光。RNA也用DAPI染色。

样品实验方案

1.预热安装溶液：从冰箱中取出安装溶液。 将瓶子加热至室温，避光。

2.施加安装溶液：清除样品中多余的液体。 向样品中加入一滴固定溶液。 如果样品在载玻片或组织培养皿上，请小心地将盖玻片放在液滴上，以免产生气泡。 如果样品在盖玻片上，请将盖玻片倒在干净的玻璃载玻片上。 去除多余的防褪色成分。

3.准备用于成像的样品：固定溶液应孵育2小时至过夜。 要长期保存，请用指甲油或塑料密封剂将盖玻片密封在玻片上。 已安装的载玻片应在黑暗中于4ºC存放，以实现最佳的样品寿命。 荧光成像将保持稳定数周。 样品可以在安装后立即成像。
