1mM TF3-dUTP溶液是美国AAT Bioquest生产的荧光染料，染料修饰的脱氧尿苷5'-三磷酸酯（例如氨基烯丙基-dUTP）可用于通过常规酶促掺入方法（例如逆转录，缺口翻译，随机引物标记或PCR）生产含染料的DNA。这种酶促荧光标记方法广泛用于FISH探针和基于微阵列的实验。该TF3-dUTP共轭物可与Spectrum Orange 滤光片组一起用作橙色荧光色。（Spectrum Orange 是Vysis的商标）。，为您提供优质的1mM TF3-dUTP溶液。
