产品介绍

ATTO 488酸是美国AAT Bioquest生产的荧光染料。别藻蓝蛋白（APC）是从螺旋藻（一种蓝绿藻）中分离的藻胆蛋白。与其他藻胆蛋白一样，APC是荧光的，具有极高的吸收率和高量子效率。它是一种蛋白质，通过常规蛋白质交联技术可以很容易地与抗体和其他蛋白质连接，而不会改变其光谱特征。APC-Cy7是流式细胞仪中常用的颜色。其主要吸收峰位于651nm，发射峰位于~780nm。AAT Bioquest还提供独特的预活化APC-Cy7，以促进APC-Cy7串联结合抗体和其他蛋白质，如链霉抗生物素蛋白和其他二级试剂。我们的预活化APC-Cy7串联已准备好结合，产生比常规繁琐的基于SMCC的缀合化学高得多的产率。，为您提供优质的ATTO 488酸。
