产品介绍

荧光素二氯三嗪（5-DTAF）的5-异构体与蛋白质具有高度反应性。 与其他反应性荧光素不同，5-DTAF不仅与氨基反应，而且还与硫醇基团反应，甚至在pH大于9的水溶液中直接与羟基如多糖和其他醇反应。由于其高反应性，5- DTAF也用于标记碳水化合物。
