DNase Column Kit是专门为柱式RNA抽提试剂盒而设计的。在RNA抽提过程中，插入DNase的柱上消化步骤，以确保得到无DNA污染的RNA。DNase I是一种非特异性的核酸内切酶，切割DNA产生具有3’-羟基和5’-磷酸末端的二、三和寡聚核苷酸产物。DNase I 可作用于单链、双链、DNA/RNA杂交体。该产品可同Magen的柱式RNA抽提试剂盒相配合使用，也适合于其它公司的柱子RNA抽提试剂盒。
