HiPure Bacterial DNA Kit采用硅胶柱纯化方式，简化的细菌DNA提取流程。整个过程无需酚氯仿抽提，也无需耗时的醇类沉淀。试剂盒适合于从各种细菌样品中高效提取DNA，纯化的DNA可直接用于PCR，酶切，Southern杂交等。试剂盒已包括溶菌酶，蛋白酶K，RNase A以及玻璃珠，可处理容易裂解的革兰氏阴性细菌，也可以处理难裂解的革兰氏阳性细菌，包括粪肠球菌，葡萄球菌等。
