HiPure Stool RNA Kit适合于从粪便样品在裂解液中匀浆，高温水浴进一步裂解，RNA释放到裂解液中。氯仿抽提去除基因组DNA和杂质，转移上清液加入无醇结合液，过柱子纯化RNA，最后RNA被RNase Free Water洗脱。洗脱的RNA可直接用于PCR、Southern 杂交、酶切等实验。
