ono1180 求助各位同道： 我想过表达一个基因，想选用一个质粒载体连接此基因再转染入细胞，选用的载体需要有绿色荧光标记，而且能筛选出稳定转染的细胞系，上网查了一下觉得pEGFP系列的好像符合我的要求。 请问这个载体怎么样，大家还有什么载体觉得挺好，请指教，感谢了。 xiaokangkuaile 我用的是pEGFP-C1表达载体，但我的目的基因对GFP表达有影响，转染效果很差
