    一般描述

    Ascentis 系列色谱柱是 Supelco 科学家推出的第四代 HPLC色谱柱技术。Ascentis 系列色谱柱是以高纯硅胶为基质,孔径 100Å,硅胶粒径为 3、5和1 微米。该色谱柱用于小分子的应用,柱内径可从微径柱(1.0mm内径)扩展到制备尺寸(50mm内径)。该系列包括C18、C8、苯基、Si和内嵌极性基团相(反相酰胺)。

    Ascentis Si是具有高载样量和优良峰形的硅胶柱。Ascentis Si在正相和HILIC/ANP(水性正相)模式下都可使用。
