1. 标准品蛋白纯化
为度Ni-NTA琼脂糖磁性微球提供高载量、高产量的His标签重组蛋白纯化。将含有His标签蛋白（分子量22kd）的是蛋白纯品分别与为度Ni-NTA琼脂糖磁性微球和T公司Ni-NTA琼脂糖磁珠进行孵育，并按照说明书流程进行纯化。最终使用Nanodrop测试洗脱液浓度，计算结合载量及回收率。结果如下图所示，为度Ni-NTA琼脂糖磁性微球结合载量为55.6mg/mL沉降胶，T公司Ni-NTA琼脂糖磁珠结合载量为36.8mg/mL沉降胶，为度产品结合载量略高于进口竞品产品的结合载量。两步洗脱综合回收率分别为92.4%和96.1%，与进口产品基本一致。
2. 大肠杆菌样本纯化
为度Ni-NTA琼脂糖磁性微球提供高载量、高产量的His标签重组蛋白纯化。将含有His标签蛋白（分子量26kd）的大肠杆菌菌液分别与为度Ni-NTA琼脂糖磁性微球和T公司Ni-NTA琼脂糖磁珠进行孵育，并按照说明书流程进行纯化。通过SDS-PAGE分离并分析纯度占比。SDS-PAGE结果如下图所示，从洗脱液中可以得到纯度较高的His标签蛋白，纯度均＞90%，VDO收集8.87mg，T公司收集6.77mg。
