蛋白构建：A DNA sequence encoding the C-terminal segment (Gly 347-Gln 531) of hemagglutinin (Influenza A virus (A/Viet Nam/1203/2004 (H5N1)) (AAW80717.1), termed as HA2, was fused with the Fc region of mouse IgG1 at the N-terminus.
