| 简介 | 气管以软骨、肌肉、结缔组织和粘膜构成。软骨为"C"字形的软骨环,缺口向后,各软骨环以韧带连接起来,环后方缺口处由平滑肌和致密结缔组织连接,保持了持续张开状态。在近端下呼吸道的上皮表面,主要是纤毛上皮细胞,它与基底细胞及杯状细胞一起构成假复层上皮,到达气管腔表面的大部分细胞为纤毛上皮细胞,基底细胞与基底膜相连,通过半桥粒固定于上皮,在远端下呼吸道中,Clara细胞和基底细胞占优势,纤毛细胞已不存在,杯状细胞数量减少,上皮形态更象柱状,整个上皮存在于一薄层基底膜上,通过间质结缔组织组成的网状层相互支撑,上皮下存在其它的结缔组织和纤维细胞。 |

陶运明 莫绪明 戚继荣 彭卫 大鼠的气管插管是呼吸机辅助呼吸的重要步骤。在某些需要呼吸机辅助呼吸的大鼠实验中,顺利的大鼠气管插管是实验成败的关键之一⋯ 。我们在实验过程中摸索到一种较为有效的、安全的气管插管方法,并与常规的气管切开插管方法进行了比较,结果非常满意。现报道如下。 一、材料与方法 取SD大鼠30只。体重在180~220 g。雌雄不限。随机分为2组,即气管切开插管(1vrIT)组和直视下导引钢丝引导插管(VLGIT)组
柱状上皮主要被覆于鼻腔、鼻咽、支气管树、胃肠、子宫颈管、子宫内膜及输卵管等部位。柱状上皮脱落细胞主要包括涂片纤毛柱状细胞、粘液柱状细胞和储备细胞。 (1)纤毛柱状细胞:细胞呈锥形,顶端宽平,其表面有密集的纤毛,纤毛巴氏染色呈亮红色;胞质泡沫状,巴氏染色染蓝色,HE染淡红色;核圆形位于细胞中部,染色质细颗粒状。在涂片中的常见排列形式: 1)蜂房状排列:细胞成群或呈片医学教育|网搜集整理,排列紧密,不重叠。 2)栅栏状:细胞紧密排列,医学教育|网搜集整理可有重叠
复层鳞状上皮,一般有10多层细胞。被覆于全身皮肤、口腔、喉部、鼻咽的一部分、食道、阴道的全部以及子宫颈。鳞状上皮细胞分为基底层细胞、中层细胞和表层细胞。 (1)基底层细胞 1)内底层细胞:细胞呈圆形或卵圆形,直径12~15μm;胞质巴氏染色呈深蓝、暗绿和灰蓝色,HE染色呈暗红色;胞核圆形或卵圆形,居中,染色质细颗粒状;核与胞质比(即核的直径与细胞质幅缘之比,简称核胞质比)约1:(0.5~1)。 2)外底层细胞:细胞呈圆形或椭圆形,直径15~30μm;胞质较丰富
