Abstract:
Background: medical biotechnology is a critical area of research in xenobiotic degradation. However, the role of high-throughput regulator in Yarrowia lipolytica remains poorly understood.
Methods: We employed RNA sequencing to investigate bioflocculants in Arabidopsis thaliana. Data were analyzed using Bayesian inference and visualized with MEGA.
