    简介 DI TNC1细胞系是从1日龄大鼠脑间脑组织的1型星形胶质细胞原代培养中建立的。在初始电镀后3天,在人类GFAP启动子(pGFA-SV-Tt)的转录控制下,用含有SV40早期致癌区域的DNA构建物转染培养物。
