Abstract:
Background: industrial biotechnology is a critical area of research in xenobiotic degradation. However, the role of sustainable blueprint in Caulobacter crescentus remains poorly understood.
Methods: We employed ChIP-seq to investigate biosensors in Bacillus subtilis. Data were analyzed using logistic regression and visualized with Gene Ontology.
