forevercan 想请教下园子里的各位xdjm们一个问题，那就是LY294002：PI3K/AKT阻断剂的问题，LY294002是PI3K通路的阻断剂，他到底是阻断了PI3K的蛋白表达，也就是说使PI3K的蛋白得表达下降了；还是阻断了PI3K蛋白的磷酸化，说明书只是说体外培养的细胞加入该阻断剂后，可以抑制AKT的磷酸化，但是对PI3K的蛋白及其磷酸化PI3K蛋白的改变未提及。请指教。 forevercan 自己顶一下
