蛋白构建：A DNA sequence encoding the Influenza A virus (strain A/Puerto Rico/8/1934 (H1N1)) hemagglutinin (P03452) (Met1-Gly518, with a mutation Tyr108Phe), termed as HA, was expressed with a c-terminal AVI tagged polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.
