    SUMO融合表达系统:提供SUMOpro和SUMOstar系列产品,通过将SUMO标签与目的蛋白融合,显著提升原核和真核系统中难表达蛋白的产量、可溶性和正确折叠,降低包涵体形成风险;配套SUMO蛋白酶用于标签切除,广泛应用于重组蛋白生产、抗体开发及疫苗研究等领域。

    TUBE技术与泛素化检测:核心产品包括TUBE(Tandem Ubiquitin Binding Entity)磁珠/树脂及配套试剂盒。TUBE对多聚泛素链的亲和力较传统UBA高出1000倍,提供K48、K63特异性及广谱多种形式,用于高效捕获、富集细胞/组织裂解液中的泛素化蛋白;配套UbiQuant™系列泛素化定量ELISA试剂盒,提供单步骤检测方案,可在无需电泳或蛋白质印迹的情况下,测量总泛素化水平。
