概述
琼脂糖是从琼脂或含琼脂海藻中提取的聚合物。由交替的共聚物D-半乳糖和3,6-脱水-L-半乳糖单元通过糖苷键连接组成,具有出色的生物相容性、机械特性及扩散特性。琼脂糖分离范围广,简便,准备方便,不需要催化剂。本品为标准熔点琼脂糖,专为常规分离分析而设计。使用其制备的琼脂糖凝胶电泳,可分离不同分子量范围内的DNA和RNA 片段。
应用
广泛用于生物学、免疫学、生物化学和微生物学研究。可作为用于常规核酸电泳实验、Southern Blot、Northern Blot、凝胶剂、用于脂蛋白和免疫电泳等。
