功能
G-protein coupled receptor for medium and long chain saturated and unsaturated fatty acids that plays an important role in glucose homeostasis. Fatty acid binding increases glucose-stimulated insulin secretion, and may also enhance the secretion of glucagon-like peptide 1 (GLP-1). May also play a role in bone homeostasis; receptor signaling activates pathways that inhibit osteoclast differentiation (By similarity). Ligand binding leads to a conformation change that triggers signaling via G-proteins that activate phospholipase C, leading to an increase of the intracellular calcium concentration. 少可以参考文献上给定的硫酸铵固体的溶解度表，《Guide to Protein Purification》一书中就有详细的溶解度表，静置两个小时左右，10000 g离心半个小时后，弃去上清，用PBS重新溶解沉淀，然后再次加入硫酸铵固体至45%饱和，静置两个小时左右10000 g离心半个小时，弃去上清，用少量PBS溶解沉淀，即得到较纯的抗体，因为此抗体中尚有较高浓度的硫酸铵，因此需要对PBS透析，一般透析一天一夜较合适，透析过程中更换透析液两至三次。如果对纯度要求不是很高，也可以不做第一次沉淀，直接用45
