功能
Transcription activator that binds DNA cooperatively with DP proteins through the E2 recognition site, 5\'-TTTC[CG]CGC-3\' found in the promoter region of a number of genes whose products are involved in cell cycle regulation or in DNA replication. The DRTF1/E2F complex functions in the control of cell-cycle progression from G1 to S phase. E2F1 binds preferentially RB1 in a cell-cycle dependent manner. It can mediate both cell proliferation and TP53/p53-dependent apoptosis. 单抗主要是鼠单抗、兔单抗，多抗主要是兔多抗、山羊多抗等，其他种属来源抗体较少。不建议纠结于单抗好还是多抗好，能做出实验的抗体就是好抗体。 在选择上一般建议实验种属和抗体种属亲缘性越远越好，不宜同源。抗体不同种属会要影响接下来二抗的选配。特别是在免疫荧光双标实验中，需要在区别于实验种属的基础上，区分开两个指标的抗体种属来源，以便于二抗区别识别。 3. 关于性价比的选择 抗体的品质高低最终还是需要通过实验结果来呈现的，但是在选择抗体之前我们并无法准确判断抗体的效果
