Enzyme immunoassay for the quantitative determination of specific antibodies to Ustekinumab (Stelara®) in human serum and plasma.
This kit has been especially developed for the quantitative determination of ustekinumab in serum and plasma samples.
The Matriks Biotek Antibody to Ustekinumab ELISA Kit can be efficiently used for monitoring anti-Ustekinumab antibodies during therapy and offers the clinician a tool for decision on possible preventive measures such as possible addition of immunosuppressive drug to reduce anti-Ustekinumab antibodies. Measurement of biological drug trough levels and antibody to biological drug gained high importance during the course of treatment. These measurements enable dose adjustments and switch to another class of biological drug when necessary.
