问：看了园子里很多帖，有关氨基酸是否可以做成羧基上的酰氯，有人说fmoc保护的还可以，但是手头就只有boc保护的，于是想了下合成方案，望高手指点，就是在低温下（可能冰水中）boc-氨基酸：socl2=1：1（2：1）条件下，用甲苯作溶剂，三乙胺做傅酸剂缓慢滴加来促使boc-氨基酸做成酰氯，希望大家提提意见，是否可行？谢谢。答：请注意，EDC/DCC等不是催化剂，要加化学计量的，不知道“反应效率有限”是指什么意思。做成酰氯可能不容易实现。如果想进一步探讨，请给出反应的结构式、已经尝试过的条件
