产品介绍：
人粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)由多种不同类型的细胞(包括活化的T细胞、B细胞、巨噬细胞、肥大细胞、内皮细胞和成纤维细胞)在细胞因子或免疫和炎症刺激下分泌。它最初被认为是一种生长因子，可以支持粒细胞-巨噬细胞祖细胞的体外集落形成，并具有刺激各种造血前体细胞生长和分化的功能。GM-CSF也有报道在非造血细胞上有功能作用，可以诱导人内皮细胞迁移和增殖。此外，它可以刺激多种肿瘤细胞系的增殖，包括骨原性肉瘤、癌和腺癌细胞系。GM-CSF被用作一种药物，在化疗后刺激白细胞的产生，最近也在临床试验中评估了它作为hiv感染患者疫苗佐剂的潜力。重组人GM-CSF是非糖基化多肽链，包含127个氨基酸。
