产品介绍：
促红细胞生成素（EPO）又称红细胞刺激因子、促红素，是一种人体内源性糖蛋白激素，可刺激红细胞生成。缺氧可刺激促红细胞生成素产生，早已有重组人促红细胞生成素用于临床，用于治疗肾功能不全合并的贫血、获得性免疫缺陷综合征/艾滋病本身或治疗引起的贫血、恶性肿瘤伴发的贫血及风湿病贫血等多种贫血。
本产品系由含有高效表达人EPO-Fc基因的真核表达系统（CHO-k1）经发酵（培养基不含有任何动物源成分）、分离和高度纯化后经冻干制成。由人EPO的166个氨基酸残基（Ala28-Arg193）和人IgG Fc段组成的多肽链，分子量为58kDa。
本产品为无菌冻干粉剂，由含有10mMPBS pH为7.2的蛋白溶液经0.2μm过滤后分装冻干。
