Methotrexate PEG derivatives are a class of bioactive PEGs that can be used to for drμg discovery or bioassay development. Methotrexate, also called MTX, amethopterin, is an antimetabolite and antifolate drμg. It is used in treatment of cancer, autoimmune diseases, ectopic pregnancy, and for the induction of medical abortions. It acts by inhibiting the metabolism of folic acid. Pegylated methotrexate provides better water solubility. Nanocs can provide other methotrexate PEG derivatives based on customer request.
