描述: Antiproliferative Agent-25 (Compound 3s4) is a potent and selective PRMT5 inhibitor (IC50 = 0.11 µM) that binds the SAM site. It increases hnRNP E1 levels, induces apoptosis, and inhibits migration in A549 cells in vitro, though it exhibits high metabolic clearance in liver microsome assays.
