说明：
Wizard® SV Gel and PCR Clean-Up System (Wizard® SV 胶回收及 PCR 产物纯化系统 ) 用于从标准或低熔点琼脂糖凝胶中纯化长度为 100bp-10kb 的 DNA 片段，或者从 PCR 和其它常规反应 ( 如限制性酶切消化 ) 中直接纯化 DNA。回收效率因 DNA 片段的大小而异，最高可达95%。PCR产物纯化可有效去除未掺入的核苷酸及引物。该系统以膜为基础，可结合高达 40μg DNA，纯化 DNA 片段或 PCR产物所需的时间取决于处理样品的数量及操作步骤，最快可在 15 分钟内完成。纯化的 DNA 可直接用于荧光测序、克隆、标记、扩增、限制性酶切及体外转录和翻译。
