| 检测原理 |
以氧化型辅酶Ⅰ（NAD+）为氢受体，D-乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）催化D-乳酸脱氢产生丙 酮酸，使NAD+转化为还原型辅酶Ⅰ（NADH）。其中N-甲基吩嗪甲基硫酸盐（PMS）递氢使氯化硝基四氮唑蓝（NBT）还原为紫色呈色物，呈色物的吸光度在530 nm时与乳酸含量呈线性关系。整个过程中，L-乳酸不影响测定结果，因此，通过测定波长530 nm处吸光度值的变化，即可计算出样本中D-乳酸的含量。
