| 检测原理 |
L-苹果酸（L-malic acid) 广泛存在于生物体中,又名2-羟基丁二酸，有两种立体异构体，是生物体重要的代谢循环—三羧酸循环的成员之一。苹果酸在自然界中以三种形式存在，D-苹果酸、L-苹果酸以及混合物DL-苹果酸。其中L-苹果酸是最常见的异构体。本试剂盒的检测原理是酶催化苹果酸产生草酰乙酸，与此同时底物生成的产物在电子耦合剂的作用下将显色剂还原生成橙黄色产物，在450 nm左右检测有最大吸收峰。
