【产品概述】
Anti-SsoRobust Taq DNA Polymerase 是一种抗体修饰的热启动突变型 Taq DNA 聚合酶。此酶融合了独特的延伸因子，使得该酶的延伸速率和耐抑制剂的能力大幅提升，通过抗体修饰后，该酶在室温下发生可逆失活，只有在 PCR 反应第一步预变性时其活性才释放出来，大幅改善了 PCR 的特异性和扩增效率，非常适合于从复杂模板(基因组，cDNA)中扩增低拷贝基因。PCR 产物的3’端带 A，可克隆至 T 载体。
