【实验案例】
▶多个基因组目的片段的同时扩增
Lane1-6：依次为8、9、10、11、12、13重PCR
利用C-SsoRobustTaqMultiplex PCR Kit在同一反应管中同时进行8、9、10、11、12、13个目标靶基因的的扩增，扩增片段长度为70bp~500bp，结果表明，MultiplexPCR Kit能在默认条件下高效完成绝大多数多重扩增反应。
