AZDye™ 430 DBCO染料通过无铜“点击化学”反应与叠氮化物反应，形成稳定的三唑，不需要Cu催化剂或高温。在需要考虑铜存在的应用中，AZDye™ 430 DBCO是需要荧光炔的铜的理想替代品。
AZDye™ 430 DBCO dye reacts with azides via a copper-free “click chemistry” reaction to form a stable triazole and does not require Cu-catalyst or elevated temperatures. In application where the presence of copper is a concern AZDye™ 430 DBCO is an ideal alternative to copper requiring fluorescent alkynes.AZDye™ 430 is a bright, and photostable, green-fluorescent probe optimally excited near its absorption maximum at 432 nm. Its emission peaks at 539 nm is pH independent over a wide pH range. The brightness and photostability of blue dyes are well suited to direct imaging of moderate to high abundance targets. AZDye™ 430 is structurally identical to Alexa Fluor® 430. Its absorption/emission spectra is a perfect match to spectra of many other structurally similar dyes, including Alexa Fluor® 430 and CF®430 Dye.For application where the presence of copper is not acceptable, please consider our AZDye™ 430 DBCO probe for copper-less detection of azide-modified molecules.Alexa Fluor® is a registered trademark of Thermo Fisher Scientific.
