    检测原理

    AnnexinV 是一种Ca2+依赖的磷脂结合蛋白，对磷脂酰丝氨酸(PS)具有高度的亲和性，在正常细胞中，磷脂酰丝氨酸(PS)只分布在细胞膜脂质双层的内侧，而细胞凋亡早期，细胞膜内的(PS)会转移到细胞膜外，(PS)的外翻不是凋亡细胞所独特的，也可发生在坏死的细胞中。

    两种细胞死亡方式间的差别在于细胞凋亡的初始阶段细胞膜是完好的，而细胞坏死在其早期阶段细胞膜的完整性就破坏了。PI或7-AAD染料可以通过细胞膜进入胞内与DNA结合。因此，可以建立一种用AnnexinV结合在细胞膜表面作为凋亡的指示并结合PI或7-AAD染料来检测细胞膜的完整性的检测方法。
