特异性: This antibody preparation contains a mixture of purified rat monoclonal antibodies directed
against mouse GPIba (CD42b). Targeting of this receptor with divalent IgGs results in profound and
irreversible Fc-independent plaet depletion in mice1,2. Plaet depletion is frequently used to study
the general role of plaets in (patho-) physiology3.
制备 : 抗体是杂交瘤细胞上清通过G-Sepharose纯化所得,内毒素含量小于 0.0025 EU/µg
保存和运输:4度保存和运输,保质期为6个月 ,无菌保存不含防腐剂,分装保存-20度至少可以保存一年以上,但请避免反复冻融
使用方法: 按动物体重注射抗体,用 量为2 µg抗体/g动物体重,可以参见上图。如果4 µg抗体/g动物体重,可以持续更长时间。注射后60分钟内可以去除血小板95%以上,建议每次注射100-200µL抗体(用无菌PBS稀释)。详情联系靶点科技技术支持。可以联合清除巨噬细胞(LIPOSOMA,CP-005-005)和中性粒细胞,咨询综合解决方案。
