    纤维素酶(β-1,4-葡聚糖-4-葡聚糖水解酶)是降解纤维素生成葡萄糖的一组酶的总称,它不是单体酶,而是起协同作用的多组分酶系,是一种复合酶,主要由外切β-葡聚糖酶、内切β-葡聚糖酶和β-葡萄糖苷酶等组成,还有很高活力的木聚糖酶。作用于纤维素以及从纤维素衍生出来的产物。微生物纤维素酶在转化不溶性纤维素成葡萄糖以及在果蔬汁中破坏细胞壁从而提高果汁得率等方面具有非常重要的意义。
    主要用于 :生化研究,植物细胞杂交研究,催化水解纤维素分子为低 聚纤维素和糖,能作用于纤维素中的1,4-β-D-葡萄糖苷键。
    活力定义:1g酶粉(或1ml酶液)于50℃、pH4.8条件下,1min水解底物(滤纸、CMC、脱脂棉或水杨素)产生1μg葡萄糖的酶量为1个酶活力单位
    性状(以下信息仅供参考):淡黄色粉末或黄褐色冷冻干燥粉末,溶于水。能作用于纤维素中的1,4-β-D-葡萄糖苷键。pH 4.0~5.5,最佳4.8,视底物不同而异。使用温度范围40~60℃,最佳50℃。一般情况下,加量为底物重量的万分之零点五即可有效,请用户根据试验确定最佳用量。激活剂有氟化.钠、镁、氯化.钴、镉、磷酸钙和中性盐类。抑制剂有纤维二糖、葡萄糖和甲基纤维素。
    用途:本品仅供科研,不得用于其它用途。(以下用途仅供参考)植物细胞杂交研究,催化水解纤维素分子,生成纤维寡糖,纤维二糖和葡萄糖。反应物中,二糖的累积会抑制酶解过程。能裂解纤维素、地衣多糖、大麦葡聚糖和纤维低聚糖纤维三糖至纤维六糖中的内切-1,4-β-D-糖苷键。它不能切割纤维二糖或p-硝基.苯-β-D-葡萄糖苷. 这种酶也可以切割依靠分解木糖甙丝氨酸键从多肽中心切割完整的糖胺聚糖(glycosaminoglycan)
    Cellulase( β- 1,4-glucan-4-glucan hydrolase is a collective term for a group of enzymes that degrade cellulose to produce glucose. It is not a single enzyme, but a multi-component enzyme system that plays a synergistic role and is a composite enzyme mainly composed of exoenzymes β- Dextranase, endonuclease β- Dextranase and β- Composed of glucosidases and other enzymes, as well as highly active xylanases. Acting on cellulose and products derived from cellulose.     Activity definition: 1g of enzyme powder (or 1ml of enzyme solution) hydrolyzes the substrate (filter paper, CMC, absorbent cotton, or salicylic acid) at 50 ℃ and pH 4.8 for 1 minute to produce 1 μ The enzyme quantity of glucose is 1 enzyme activity unit

    Characteristics (the following information is for reference only): Light yellow powder or yellow brown freeze-dried powder, soluble in water. 1,4 that can act on cellulose- β- D-glucoside bond. PH 4.0~5.5, optimal 4.8, depending on the substrate. The operating temperature range is 40-60 ℃, with an optimal temperature of 50 ℃. In general, adding 0.5 ‰ of the weight of the substrate is effective. Users are advised to determine the optimal dosage based on experiments. Activators include fluoride, sodium, magnesium, chloride, cobalt, cadmium, calcium phosphate, and neutral salts. Inhibitors include cellobiose, glucose, and me.thylcellulose.

    Purpose: This product is for scientific research only and cannot be used for other purposes. (The following purposes are for reference only) Research on plant cell hybridization, catalyzing the hydrolysis of cellulose molecules to produce cellulose oligosaccharides, cellulose disaccharides, and glucose. The accumulation of disaccharides in the reactants will inhibit the enzymatic hydrolysis process. Able to cleave cellulose, lichen polysaccharides, barley glucan, and fiber oligosaccharides into cellulose hexasaccharides by endonucleating -1,4- β- D-glycosidic bond. It cannot cut cellulose disaccharides or p-nitrobenzene- β- D-glucoside This enzyme can also cleave intact glycosaminoglycans from the peptide center by breaking down the serine bonds of xylosides
