Immobilion ®- The PSQ membrane is made of 0.2% polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) μ M microporous membrane. This product is developed to maximize protein binding. Immobilion ®- PSQ membrane is recommended for direct protein sequencing and immunoassay after electrophoresis of proteins (or point binding of purified protein samples) on electrophoresis gel, especially for proteins with molecular weight less than 20000. This filter membrane is compatible with water storage tanks and semi dry electro imprinting systems.
