概述
EasySep™ 人 B 细胞富集试剂盒旨在通过阴性选择从新鲜或先前冷冻的外周血单个核细胞中分离 B 细胞。用四聚体抗体复合物靶向去除不需要的细胞，识别非 B 细胞和葡聚糖包被的磁性颗粒。使用EasySep™磁铁分离标记的细胞，而不使用色谱柱。将所需的细胞倒入新管中。
