碧云天生产的High Stringency Wash Solution (DNase/RNase free)，即高严谨性洗涤液(DNase/RNase free)，是一种不含DNase和RNase的Northern检测用的高严谨性洗涤溶液。本产品可以和Biotin Northern Blot Kit (R0219)以及Biotin Northern Blot Kit (for Small RNA) (R0220)配合使用。本产品为DNase/RNase/Protease-free的无菌产品。
High Stringency Wash Solution (DNase/RNase free)，即不含DNase和RNase的高严谨性洗涤液，其组分为SSC (0.1X), 0.1% SDS，主要用于Northern杂交完成后杂交膜的洗涤，以有效洗去膜上残留的杂交液和未特异性结合的探针，并降低背景。
本产品无需任何处理，可以直接用于Northern检测。
本产品经DEPC (Diethyl pyrocarbonate，焦碳酸二乙酯)处理并高温高压灭菌处理，确保无DNase、RNase和Protease，即无DNA酶、RNA酶和蛋白酶。

室温或4℃保存，一年有效。
注意事项：如果在低温时出现浑浊或沉淀，可以适当加热溶解，并充分混匀后使用。
