SMS 293-SUPI是一种无蛋白，无血清的液体加料液。此加料专门为支持炫富类型培养条件下，293E及相关的细胞（如293-F，293H等）的生长后期及瞬时转染后营养成分的补充而开发的。此加料液含有高浓度的细胞生长所需的氨基酸，无机盐导等必需营养成分。
稳定性好，可以促进细胞生长，维持较高的细胞密度和细胞活率，大大提高细胞的蛋白盒抗议的产量。
用途
仅用于科学研究，不推荐用于人类或动物的诊断和治疗。
储存
储存条件：2-8度避光储存6个月
用于细胞生长
通常在细胞传代3天后或细胞密度大于1.5是时开始加入，每天加入1-5％，加入量建议针对不同的培养情况和不同的蛋白表达情况进行优化，
在转染后24hr按1-5％的量加入，可每天加入也可隔天加入。加料量和加料频率可针对性的优化。
