Description :The nuclear protein Ki-67 was first identified by the monoclonal antibody Ki-67, which wasgenerated by immunizing mice with nuclei of the L428 Hodgkin lymphoma cell line. Ki-67 proteinplays an essential role in ribosomal RNA transcription and cell proliferation. Expression of Ki-67occurs during G1, S, G2, and M phase. While in G0 phase, the Ki-67 protein is not detectable.Ki-67 is strongly expressed in proliferating cells and has been reported as a prognostic markerin various tumors.

Recommended Usage :Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by intracellular immunofluorescent staining withflow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤ 0.25 µgper million cells in 100 µL volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimalperformance for each application.

大部分老师做流式实验时,会用到空白对照、单阳对照、同型对照、生物学对照等,用到 FMO 对照的比较少。尽管如此,FMO 对照在设置圈门时仍具有重要的参考价值。 一方面,FMO 对照有助于精确地设置阴阳性群体界限。我们在做多色实验时,可能会出现某些通道信号难以区分的情况,主要是因为其他某个荧光对该通道的干扰很大。FMO 对照(Fluorescence Minus One,荧光扣除一)减少了其中一个通道的荧光抗体,能够帮助衡量其它通道的荧光漏溢情况。 如下图所示,PerCP/Cyanine
