Description ：CD117 is a 145 kD protein tyrosine kinase also known as c-Kit. It is a receptor for stem cellfactor or c-Kit ligand. CD117 is expressed on pluripotent hematopoietic progenitor cells(approximately 1-4% bone marrow cells), mast cells, and acute myeloid leukemia cells (AML).CD117 binding of c-Kit ligand induces phosphorylation of CD117 and stimulates proliferationand survival of primitive hematopoietic stem cells as well as erythroid-committed and granulomonocytic committed cells.

免疫表型策略。首先，所有ILCs均被定义为CD45阳性且系别阴性（Lin-），其中Lin-排除了T细胞、B细胞、髓系细胞等其他免疫谱系。在此基础上，通过关键表面标志物区分各亚群：NK细胞表达CD94及不同强度的CD56；而辅助性ILC1、ILC2和ILC3均为CD94阴性但表达CD127。进一步区分这三类细胞依赖于CD117（c-kit）和CRTH2的表达差异：ILC1为双阴性，ILC2通常为CRTH2阳性，而ILC3则为CD117阳性且CRTH2阴性。这一组合标记法是精准分离和研究各类ILCs
