描述
人IL-27是IL-12细胞因子家族的成员，是由EBI3（EB病毒诱导的基因3）和p28蛋白组成的异二聚体蛋白。它在幼稚CD4 + T细胞和自然杀伤细胞上表达。IL-27 由抗原呈递细胞产生，以诱导幼稚 CD4+ T 细胞的增殖，并通过 STAT1 激活人单核细胞，此外还抑制 IL-10 的产生。IL-27通过孤儿细胞因子受体WSX-1 / TCCR介导其生物学效应。IL-27与IL-12强协同支持IFN-？幼稚CD4 + T细胞的产生和分化为辅助性T细胞。

Human IL-27 is a member of the IL-12 cytokine family and is a heterodimeric protein composed of EBI3 (Epstein-Barr virus-induced gene 3) and p28 protein. It is expressed on naïve CD4+ T cells and natural killer cells. IL-27 is produced by antigen-presenting cells to induce proliferation of naive CD4+ T cells and activates human monocytes via STAT1 in addition to suppressing IL-10 production. IL-27 mediates its biological effects through the orphan cytokine receptor WSX-1/TCCR. IL-27 strongly synergizes with IL-12 to support IFN-? production and differentiation of naive CD4+ T cells into T helper type.
