描述：
3173 DNA Polymerase为来源于病毒的热稳定型DNA 聚合酶，通过点突变修饰，使其3’-5’外切活性缺失（exo-形 式）而获得更佳的扩增活性。该酶除了具有依赖于DNA的聚 合酶活性，还具有依赖于RNA的逆转录活性，因此可用于单 管RT-PCR扩增。该酶具有强烈的链置换活性，可用于DNA 或RNA的等温扩增。在以RNA为模板的LAMP实验中，可实 现单酶系统反应。对于有复杂二级结构的RNA模板，可通过 92度加热3s来得到好的扩增效果，而Bst pol在此温度加热后 导致扩增活性丧失。 该酶搭配两种 Buffer：10×3173 Isothermal Buffer 和 5×Best PCR Buffer。10×3173 Isothermal Buffer 用于恒温 PCR 扩 增，其反应温度不能超过 70°C。5×Best PCR Buffer 用于常 规 PCR 扩增扩增，94°C 预变性时间不可超过 5min。
