IFN-α分泌测定 - 细胞富集和检测试剂盒开发用于灵敏检测和富集人IFN-α分泌细胞。
I型干扰素（IFNs），包括IFN-α，是免疫系统中具有多效功能的细胞因子家族。除了能有效的抗病毒活性外，IFN-α还发挥多种免疫调节作用，包括对自身正向和负向调节，IL-12和IFN-γ产生的调节，促进自然杀伤（NK）细胞的细胞毒性，树突细胞的活化和成熟，以及促进B细胞向浆细胞的发育。表达IFN-α主要由CD123 + CD11c-CD303（BDCA2）+浆细胞样树突细胞，也称为天然IFN产生细胞。这些细胞占总PBMC的约0.4％，比任何其他细胞类型产生多达1000倍的I型IFN。然而，生物学相关的IFN-α水平也由其他细胞类型产生，例如单核细胞和骨髓树突状细胞。
