产品描述
成纤维细胞生长因子10（FGF-10）是一种肝素结合生长因子，属于FGF家族。该家族的蛋白质通过促进细胞增殖和分化，在各种组织的产前发育、产后生长和再生过程中发挥着核心作用。FGF-10与KGF/FGF-7最相关，在发育过程中表达，优先在成人肺中表达。它通过FGFR 2b发出信号。
重组人FGF-10是一种常见的类器官培养因子。本品是由大肠杆菌原核表达系统制备的重组蛋白，经分离纯化、过滤除菌和冻干等步骤制成，具有高纯度、高活性、无标签及低内毒素等特点。
